Which carriers do you use?

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping thresholds may apply. Check the banner at the top of our store for current promotions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the carrier website to follow your package.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Lav. takes no responsibility for delays or lost packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales at Lav. are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or sizing issues.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. All purchases are considered final at the time of checkout.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

In the rare case of a significantly damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your items and size, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us with your name and the email used at checkout and we will resend it.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by style.

Are your products true to size?

Most of our items run true to size. Check individual product descriptions for any specific sizing notes.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend following us on social media for restock updates.
